Product Description

2BE3 series water ring vacuum pump is a high mussel energy product developed by our company in combination with imported magnetic technology. This series of vacuum pump is a single machine single action structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation and high aiming energy. It is usually used to suck air or other gases insoluble in water, free of solid particles and non corrosive, so as to form a certain vacuum in a closed container. Equipped with clear motor, it can suck flammable and explosive gas. After the pump tree material is corrosion-resistant material or wrist rot MTS, it can suck corrosive gas to a certain extent.

2BE3 series water ring vacuum pumps are widely used in petrochemical, light industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, building materials, electrical appliances, food, coal washing, beneficiation, chemical fertilizer and other industries.

Our Advantages

The gas volume significantly increases, while the vacuum degree decreases, making it more suitable for large gas volume work occasions such as coal mine gas drainage and chemical plant pressure swing adsorption;

 

The bearing has been changed from a cylindrical ball bearing to a double row tapered rod bearing, which increases the bearing capacity and greatly extends its service life;

 

The positioning connection between the pump body and the distribution plate has been changed from "lip positioning" to "one side with two pins", and the positioning pins ensure the radial clearance between the impeller and the pump body;

 

In addition to having inlet and exhaust ports on the top of the pump cover, the side ends are also designed with inlet and exhaust port positions. If the top inlet and exhaust ports are selected, blind covers are used to block the side inlet and exhaust ports, increasing the choice of installation methods.
 

The 2BEC (3) series pumps have a large suction capacity, resulting in a large volume and increased energy consumption. Therefore, the motor can be selected as a high-voltage motor to control energy consumption. Generally, a reducer drive is recommended for transmission, with belt drives up to 50/52 models. For pumps 60 and above, a reducer drive should be used.
 

The 2BEC (3) series pump body can be equipped with eccentric partitions as needed, which can be combined with the impeller plate to divide the pump body into two chambers. At the same time, the side flange inlet and exhaust ports can be used to meet the needs of industries that require

two different pressure points, such as papermaking, where one pump is used as two pumps.
