IR(S)G single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump is a high-efficiency and energy-saving product designed by our company by taking advantage of the performance parameters and structure of IS centrifugal pump and strictly following the international standard ISO2858 and the latest national standards. It is a novel vertical centrifugal pump that replaces conventional products such as IS horizontal pump and DL pump. The flow range is 1.5~1200m3/h, the head range is 8~150m, and it is divided into more than 250 specifications such as basic type, expansion type, A, B.C cutting type, etc. According to different flow media and temperatures, we design and manufacture IRG hot water pump, IHG chemical pump, YG oil pump and IHGB vertical explosion-proof chemical pump series products with the same performance parameters.
1. The pump has a compact structure, small volume, and beautiful appearance. Its vertical structure has a lower center of gravity and coincides with the center of the pump foot, enhancing the stability and lifespan of the pump operation
2. Easy installation. The inlet and outlet diameters are the same and on the same centerline, and can be directly installed in any part of the pipeline like a valve. The motor with a rain cover can be placed outdoors for use. The pump is equipped with mounting feet for stable installation.
3. Smooth operation, low noise, and high component concentricity. The motor adopts low-noise bearings and is equipped with a non-stop refueling device. The pump impeller has excellent dynamic and static balance, operates without vibration, and improves the usage environment.
4.No leakage. The shaft seal adopts a corrosion-resistant hard alloy mechanical seal, which solves the problem of severe leakage of the centrifugal pump packing seal, prolongs its service life, and ensures a clean and tidy operating site.
5. Convenient maintenance. There is no need to disassemble the pipeline, just remove the pump cover nut and take out the motor and transmission components for maintenance.
6. According to the on-site usage conditions, the pump can be installed vertically, horizontally, and in multiple ways. According to the flow head requirements, parallel and series methods can be used to increase the required flow head.
